All Larri Official products are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Eligible Issues
We will offer a replacement if:
- The item arrives damaged
- The incorrect item or size was received
Reporting an Issue
To report an issue:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Include clear photos of the issue
Once approved, a replacement will be issued at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:
- Sizing issues
- Buyer’s remorse
- Normal wear and tear
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
